Candidates Must Have a Graduate Degree or Its Equivalent.
Standards for the body
Height: 5.7 inches for men and 5.2 inches for women; relaxable with 5 cm's notice to inhabitants of the Hill Area
Male chest measurement of 33 inches with a 1.5-inch expansion
Race (Male): Six minutes for one mile
500 metres in two minutes and thirty seconds for the female competitor.
A mile of jogging in 10 minutes will make up the Physical Efficiency Test for Ex-Servicemen over the age of 35.
14 feet (male) and 8 feet in the long jump (Female)
Male & Female High Jump Records: 4 & 3 Feet (Female)
